Please note on-site winter storage is $500

2026 Seasonal Payment Schedule:

• August 15, 2025 – $1,500 Non-Refundable Deposit Due
• October 15, 2025 – $1250 Payment Due
• October 15, 2025 – $500 Non-Refundable Deposit for dock space
• December 1, 2025 – $500 On Site Winter Storage or Winter Seasonal Reservation (winter camping is only applicable in Danforth Bay)
• January 15, 2026 – $1250 Payment Due
• March 15, 2026 – Total Remaining Balance of all Charges Due in Full

Please note: Payments not received by the scheduled due dates will place your site at risk. A $200 non-reversible late fee will be applied to any overdue balances.

Boating Season Updates

Madison First Come First Serve Boat Storage

Just a friendly reminder: the Madison boat storage area is for short-term use only. This complimentary space is intended for the convenience of all Bluffs campers, so we ask that you refrain from using it for season-long storage.

Please note: cones or “place holders” are not permitted and will be removed to ensure fairness and availability for everyone.

Discounted Boat Storage

For those needing seasonal boat storage, boat spaces are available at a discounted rate of $300 for the season and can be booked with the office. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the Madison first come, first serve boat storage accessible for all!
